Founded in 1989 by Michael Cannon and Christopher Desler, the Honest Brook Music Festival is committed to presenting outstanding young musicians and well-known artists to the residents of Delaware and the surrounding counties in upstate New York, as well as an occasional concert in New York City. |

The Festival has grown over the years to enjoy a prominent place in the cultural life of the area during the summer and winter months. 2012 marks the Festival's 17th Winter Concert Series and its 24th Summer Concert Series. |

 The Festival's Summer Series is held in a preserved dairy barn in an idyllic rural setting in the Western Catskills. Its Winter Season is held in private homes re-creating the setting in which much of the classical repertoire was originally performed.
